Place of Serenity is set in the South Downs Country Park in a peaceful  location. We offer a variety of workshops, events and meditations for the benefit of all. Everything we offer is a form of energy healing and  leads to peace and harmony. We offer regular Meditation sessions, Yoga of Sound workshops, Sacred Chant sessions, Retreat Days, Relaxing Massage Wraps, Pilates classes, Shiatsu workshops, Shamanic workshops and psychic development sessions. One to one Energy Healing sessions are available from a qualified Energy Healer from The School of Energy Healing, based on the work of Barbara Brennan ('Hands of Light' and 'Light Emerging') Our Studio space and small healing room are available for hire.
