I am a fully qualified Hoistic Therapist offering crystal healing, holistic therapuetic, deep tissue and pregnancy massage, crystal healing massage and energy healing.  Massage and healing can be beneficial in  reducing stress and creating an overall sense of deep relaxation and wellbeing, helping to raise the spirits.  Massage can help by relieving muscle tension and to manage pain as well as ground and centre you and create body awareness. Healing can help with mental and emotinal stress, during life change and transition as well as during and after  periods of illness, helping to encourage the body's natural self-healing process.  It can also create a deep sense of peace which can help bring reflection, clarity and perspective.
