Gary Oke is trained and insured for Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching and EFT treatments.

Although Gary covers all areas of hypnotherapy and coaching, he is best known for his work in treating weight loss (both traditional and gastric band hypnosis techniques) and Borderline Personality Disorder clients and has an outstanding reputation.

Other treatments include smoking cessation, alcoholism, drug addictions, gambling addiction, self-confidence, motivation, fears and phobias, stress, anxiety and depression, sexual problems, IBS, bruxism (teeth grinding), blushing, work and sports performance.

In the field of sports performance, Gary is particularly experienced in full contact fighting sports (Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts / Cage Fighting, Boxing etc), both in one-to-one sessions and group sessions at Martial Arts clubs. These sessions cover performance, focus, "fight anxiety", training motivation etc.

Gary is also highly experienced in working with stage fright and confidence in performing arts. Gary was one of Duncan Bannatyne's team of experts on "Duncan Bannatyne's Seaside Rescue" which aired on Virgin One in 2010. In the Newquay episode of the show, Gary produced the tourist attraction's interactive characters. Several of the cast had never acted before and the whole production was "screen ready" in less than a week of rehearsals!
