Session Information - During the session you will be asked to lie down, fully clothed, but with shoes off, on a massage table, close your eyes, and "let go".It is best to be in a state of expectancy, and to allow whatever is supposed to happen.  It is not necessary, indeed not recommended, that you meditate, pray or attach any specific outcome.  Be receptive to the experience, knowing that you are participating in a positive and exciting process brought to you by God/Love/Univers (choose one), and intended to give exactly what you may need at this time.Reconnective Healing® session typically last 30-45 minutes and one to three sessions are normally recommended.
