I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist with several years training and experience, a Regression Therapist, and a Reiki Master and Teacher in several styles of Reiki. I run Usui and Karuna courses on a regular basis, and I also run one day workshops introducing Regression Therapy, Learning Self-Hypnosis and Weight Management on a reasonably regular basis, and new classes and workshops are often added and posted on my website regularly.
The Reiki Classes that I offer are all about empowerment and ongoing development, and as part of the ongoing support for students who take these classes I offer a Reiki Practice Group and a Reiki Distance Healing Circle, both on a monthly basis.I believe that the key to all of this work that we do is to empower the people that we work with. All healing, transformation, empowerment or whatever you choose to call it is essentially self-generated and we as practitioners or teachers are merely facilitatators. During my classes and sessions, I try and offer people tools that they can work with in everyday life and I hope that I succeed more often than not.
Albert Einstein said and essentially proved that everything is energy and that seems to becoming increasingly apparent in our lives, so it would be a pretty good idea if more people knew how to work with energy in a positive way.
