My name is Lorraine and I am a fully qualified EFT and Reiki teacher offering mobile treatments in the Haverhill, Suffolk area.

The aim with Reiki and EFT is to gently treat the disturbance in the bodies energy system rather than just the surface symptoms and bring the bring the mind, body and spirit back into alignment. Used as stand alone treatments or as combined therapies they are very effective at treating a wide range of ailments such as stress, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, low self esteem etc..

I offer courses in Usui Reiki from level 1 to Master/teacher.  I am dedicated in providing high quality courses while helping to create a knowledgeable and competent line of Reiki Practitioners. At each level you will receive an attunement, manual and a certificate.

I also offer worshops on reading the tarot or one to one tuition is also available. On a workshop we look at the Rider Waite deck and its traditional meanings but also what the card intuitively means to you. During the day we will perform small exercises that help you to be able to link the cards together in order to help with your reading. By the end of the day you will be able to perform small readings for friends and family. The tarot workshops are always fun and informal yet will be a huge stepping stone in moving you  forward with your tarot journey.
