YOGA NIDRA & MEDITATION: Creative and enjoyable techniques to still the mind and connect with the deeper Self. Meditation and Yoga Nidra are powerful tools for reducing stress and encouraging positive changes . The sessions will include Yogic and Tantric techniques of concentration, often focusing on the chakras, the elements and the senses.
